The seedance api charges based on actual token usage rather than fixed monthly tiers. Input tokens cost $0.25 per million, while output tokens cost $1.00 per million. This structure reflects the computational difference between reading context and generating uncensored text. Credit Bonuses
When you top up your account, you receive bonus credit that is added to your prepaid balance. Credits are awarded at +5% for top-ups of $50 or more, and +10% for top-ups of $100 or more. Since our paid credit never expires, these bonuses are yours to use whenever your pipeline needs them. There is no deadline to spend your bonus, so you can accumulate it over time.
Trial Credit for New Accounts
New accounts receive $0.50 in trial credit valid for 7 days. No credit card or phone number is required to start. This allows you to verify the uncensored llm api performance and latency before committing to a paid top-up. Once the trial expires, your account remains active with a zero balance until you add funds. The trial is limited to one per person.

Rate Limits & Usage
Each API key supports 300 requests per minute and a maximum request body size of 8 MB. You can regenerate your key at any time if needed, which instantly revokes the previous one. The chat completions api handles standard text pipelines efficiently, but heavy batch jobs should respect these limits to ensure consistent latency. There are no hidden fees for streaming or function calling.

Does my prepaid credit expire?
No. Paid credit added to your account never expires. You can top up once and use the funds over months or years as your pipeline evolves. Bonus credits follow the same rule and do not have a separate expiration date.
How do I start using the API?
Sign up with an email and password to receive your API key immediately. You start with $0.50 in trial credit for 7 days. To continue, top up with at least $10 using crypto (USDT or USDC). No credit card is needed for the trial.
What happens if I exceed my balance?
Your API key will stop working once your prepaid balance reaches zero. You can add more funds at any time to resume service. Since you pay in advance, you will never receive a bill for usage you didn't fund.
Are there any monthly fees?
No. There are no subscriptions, no minimum monthly spend, and no maintenance fees. You only pay for the tokens you consume. If you don't use the API in a given month, your cost is zero.
